I know that finding the right therapist can be daunting. I help people slow things down enough to help make sense of all the ways your body is signaling to you.

I work from a “roots before waves” approach, meaning that we start by creating your roots, which are a stable base that include understanding the language of emotions, grounding, safety, and connection to yourself.

Then we move together through the waves, and into processing harder things with more control. 

 

Together we can help you feel like yourself, maybe again, and maybe for the first time.
